Absolutely the worst UPS center. Driver constantly marking deliveries as “weather emergency” undeliverable. Lazy driver just doesn’t want to make his rounds. Another package “undelivered” again today. If at all costs, get your packages delivered by FedEx if you are in the UPS center area.

This is the worst company to deal with. Everything from the drivers to Customer service department. Bunch of liars and careless people. My package was suppose to be delivered last Friday, It is now Tuesday and I keep getting runarounds. Prime example of why my business will never use ups and only stick to FedEx.

Garbage service. Called the call center 3 times and no one can comprehend that Gainesville, GA, and Savannah, GA are two different cities 270 miles apart. I’ll be waiting for the store to reply with the cookie cutter response “I’m sorry our office did not meet your expectations”

Was it me. Would talk with a civil suit Attorney. There is no reason for that to happen other than the delivery man too lazy to do the job right.
