Go into the Hyatt that's there and get your ticket from the concierge. They have discounted tickets. You can also call them to find out.

Easiest way is to call them. Don't pay for a private tour because your party is big enough to fill the whole carraige. Way way cheaper to do the regular tour

We charge $50 for four ppl per half hour and $40 for 20 min. with a $5 per person surcharge for numbers 5 & 6. Six is the max. in Chicago where we have been doing this for nearly 40 years with no serious incidents, no people hurt & no horses hit. And yet there are 33,000 pedestrians hit by cars here every year.
