On Saturday 09/17/2022, I called Dan Vaden Dealership Service on Abercorn Street in Savannah,GA to get an oil change b/c I was going out-of-town for my birthday. As I was telling the service representer that I needed an oil change. She had gotten me a scheduled appointment immediately & that's what I excellent customer service.

My experience started out Good for the first part of the service. We selected a 2022 Tailblazer and made a down payment on Friday 09/16/2022 at about 7pm for them to hold the car until Monday. We were at the bank Monday finalizing the checque and called the dealer only to hear that they sold the vehicle on Saturday 9/17/2022. Okay! Now it's time for them to refund the money we paid...here comes the problem...they first wanted me to send them a photograph of my debit card so they can refund me the money. When I objected 👎 they asked me to swing by anytime and they will refund the money. I visited the Wednesday 9/21/2022 and was asked to come back to tomorrow Thursday 09/22/2022 because their accountant had already left. My response was, "I need to speak to the manager because what I was told on the phone is to swing by and they would swipe the card and I would be on my way...Mr Lopez went to speak with the manager and return to tell us that the manager is busy and we can have a seat 💺 and wait...now if you know this place...the manager is sitting down in an transparent glass area doing nothing until I asked to speak with him...it was clear as day that I was getting the cold shoulder. AT THE POINT OF THIS REVIEW WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND.

We were car shopping over the summer and decided against purchasing from vaden. The sales man was pushy and tried to talk me out of the model I wanted in order make more sales on a corny base model. Which is exactly what they did on our prior purchase. We decided to buy our vehicle from Hyundai Of Hilton Head. This year Vaden of Pooler decided not to sponsor our boys of the local New Hampstead highschool this year. They took their sponsorship away from our hard working boys and gave it to Richmond Hill High school instead of splitting it. I don't think I’ll ever consider this dealership again in the future.

The body shop is closed today. However, I would imagine they would need to see it to give an accurate quote depending if it's a new bumper, aftermarket, factory, or if existing the current condition of the paint, clear coat and if clips are needed.
