I believe when you tell an attorney keep everything the same. They should already know that means they have to put it in the paperwork. My husband died and my death insurance on the truck was voided. Now I ow than it's even worth. Because they didn't put it in the paperwork

There is an initial payment that must be made which is the filing fee and other charges. If it is an emergency, they will accept the filing fee AND file the case for you....which begins the process and your creditors are made aware of this and collections must stop. The other monies owed can be placed into the bankruptcy. They work with you for your situation. Great people.
