They never answer the phone when you try to reach them. I was in volved in a major car accident and was put on light duty by the doctor just for a short time. I brought in all the required doctors letters and everything. At the end of the day I was told that I wasn't needed anymore due to the doctors restrictions. All people are is a number to them and if something happens outside of your control they just discard you and replace you. I don't recommend anyone work for them.

I applied for a job at Bosch on 7/15/2020. Didn’t hear anything until I got a single phone call that I missed because it came through as “spam” on 7/22/2020, and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. The operator it sent me to never answered, just rang a few times and hung up. I left messages with representatives that called me I’m assuming from personal numbers, never got a call back. Went to the local office, no one was there after they were supposedly open, the doors were locked. I tried the direct route through a Bosch mau rep, Leah, but still nothing. My application has said “in process” through the portal for a while now, and I’ve just decided this isn’t the way I need to go about applying for jobs. Clearly need better employees who actually stay on top of the hiring process, or some other system at the very least since covid kills in person visits at the moment.
