Their dealership UNACCEPTABLE WENT TO GET THE OIL CHANGED NEVER TOUCHED MY TRUCK TRY TO PUT ME IN SOMEONE'S ELSE'S TRUCK JUST BECAUSE IT WAS THE SAME COLOR MY TRUCK WAS IN THE SAME SPOT THAT THEY PARKED IT IN ALMOST 2HOURS LATER THEY GOT IT figured out made an appointment to get the airbag replace then they said they didn't have the part why would I made an appointment makes no sense at all right hand don't know what the left hand is doing I'm done no more crews Chevrolet for me

Is my sons car really going to be ready for pick up at 1pm today or does he need to take my car to be at work by 2pm again today? No one answers phone there and getting a return call hours later per last week can't do today. 2015 impala.

I'm having the same issue! Have had great service in the past, but now, it's pathetic. We were promised our vehicle last week and still waiting! I have left voice mail messages for Todd and have reached out to them via messenger. Next step? To show up in the showroom mad...everyone will know how upset we are.
