Bad experience with this doctor. His staff was rude especially his MA. She may as well have been a Walmart employee. Dr Herskowitz himself was rude, seemed to rush through my appointment and I can't get a call back from their office

Depending on how many patients are in clinic, average of about 15-30 minutes in the waiting room.
From my experience, he is not. But he does work with patients with thyroid diseases and disorders. He refers to outside physicians for pre-surgical, surgical, and post-surgical procedures/follow-ups.
