Our spring on the garage door broke late Friday night and they were available to come early the next week for repair. Everyone was very polite and wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend!!!

Be sure you ask, in advance, how much you might be charged. I should have! Service fee was $110 just to come to my place (local!) , plus I feel they overcharged for garage remotes. I compared their price to what I found online … about a $10 more per remote. For a 10 minute, easy service, I was charged almost $200 total for a couple of remotes and programming. The guy who came was not friendly … barely talked. I asked a couple of questions - got bare minimum answers. Just not a good experience for me.

Call a Pro and ask. Older models.....Nope, some had intergraded hard wired boards. Newer models developed plug and play. Old boards can cost as much as a new replacement head unit. Ask AOD.
You can try to swap the photo cells around and see if that will help. Sometimes they can be sensitive to sunlight and not allow the door to close. I have also seen where people add pipe or another form of material around the beam to produce a shadow over them. Let us know if you have any further questions! Thank you.
