If your a driver looking to flatbed, stay away. Your a number just like your truck. Tons of promises and nothing is true. The company cares about 1 thing and 1 thing only, and that is the ESOP(stock options). I was topped out on my pay % and still didn’t make what they promised. They care more about you washing the truck each week over anything about your personal life. Plan on working 6 days. Home late Friday and leaving out early Sunday each week, only Saturday off.
