What an incredible disappointment. This is not the place to come for prompt care. No one at front desk and other side not interested in helping. There is no reason to be so unprofessional. This is a nice facility that needs the staff to fulfill its purpose.

I had a PA come in completely inexperienced and it showed. I'm sure there are great doctors here. but I wouldn't know because I never got to see one. I made an appointment through their primary care office with a doctor, but the lady at the desk said they'd be more than happy to take me at the prompt care center, so took her word for it. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. When I said I have GAD due to some life events and that therapy was not enough, the PA immediately made me feel way more anxious, was rude, and seemed like she was genuinely trying to portray me as a crazy person. I read the report she made after the appointment. Half of the things she wrote was inaccurate and now that is on my medical history!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I was already nervous about coming in, and felt like I was being bullied. Towards the end the PA finally admitted to me that the reason she kept trying to send me elsewhere was because she didn't feel adequate in treating me. Instead of referring me to an in house doctor, she wanted to call other clinics in the area. Without my consent after I told her no, she still called these places. There are plenty of doctor's in house that have done for my family members and friends what I wanted help for. She made me feel worse for coming in. When you go to a doctor, you want to feel better than you did going in because someone was there to listen, understand, and help. She tried to push me away, twist my words, and I heard her talk trash about me outside the room. Definitely don't recommend.

I had a great experience. From the time I checked in, Dr. Trapnell’s nurse was very concerned and made sure I was comfortable due to my injury. Dr. Trapnell did a thorough check on my injuries and provided instructions on what to do and look for when I got home.

I went for major sinus issues and a cough that was not going away. Showed up at 8:30 a.m. and was out in less than 30 minutes. Got the treatment I needed so badly. The nurse and nurse practitioner were wonderful. The front desk staffer I dealt with was super kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I've never seen one in the waiting area. They may have one in the back.
