I wanted to order the liberty homestead collection from this company as they were one of few who still showed the set as available. My sales person Tyrone told me the bed, nightstand, and dresser were in stock and he ordered it. I called to check on the order a week later and he stated the order had been cancelled. He assured me the order was in and it will be in the store in March. He went so far as to tell me they are only making a few more. As March approached I called him and he informed me that the order had been cancelled again. He stated he would call the warehouse to find out and call me back. Days went by and he did not call back. I called the store leaving messages to find out what the deal was with my furniture. He would not call back. Finally another sale rep said he got an email stating the items were discontinued. I continued to call hoping he would tell me the truth about the issues. He finally decided to take my call and notify me that the items had been discontinued. Very poor customer service. He wasted my time as I could have been looking elsewhere for a bedroom set instead of waiting for him to tell me he simply did not have it and could not get it.
