I had a awesome experience. I called for a item I was looking for, the representative was very helpful, & when I arrived at the store, he immediately knew who I was. He directed me to what I wanted from our phone conversation, it was a great experience. The area was clean, the environment was welcoming, and the staff was super, super supportive! They have great prices, as well quality products, my husband was pleased !

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.

Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
