After speaking with telehealth about his symptoms, my husband was advised to receive an assessment by his primary care doctor concerning his breathing issues. He went to Dr. Reynolds to receive care for breathing issues during the COVID-19 pandemic. None of the employees, including medical staff, were wearing masks. The nurse implied that wearing a mask would reduce my husband’s oxygen levels. There are some signs on the door referencing the media and COVID. Not sure what that was all about. I feel like my husband was put in more danger entering into the building and risking exposure to COVID than he was not going at all. Never going back here.

There are truly great doctors out there. Dr. Wade Reynolds is not one of them. After serving 5 years in the USMC I was in search of a new primary care provider. As many of you know, it is tough to find a Dr. that can see you for a non emergent case within the month. After calling around, Dr. Reynolds was the only physician that had availability within the month. There is a reason why his availability is so broad. I have wasted hundreds of dollars after several appointments with Dr. Reynolds only to receive zero help. After three appointments the piece of wisdom Dr. Reynolds offered was, "I only know a little bit about a lot of things. But you should probably go see someone who knows a lot about a few things". Every appointment I had with Dr. Reynolds he was rude and arrogant. When you speak, you can tell that Dr. Reynolds isn't listening. He is impatient and puts little to no care into treating his patients. At the end of every appointment I had with Dr. Reynolds I would still be asking him questions and he would proceed to walk out of the door. I wouldn't trust Dr. Reynolds with a stethoscope, let alone the health and well-being of your son or daughter. He goes to work everyday only to collect a paycheck. He should be ashamed of the quality of healthcare that he provides. *Edit- After the posting of this review, in retaliation, Dr. Reynolds personally called my cell and refused to continue prescribing necessary medication just before it was to be refilled. That should tell you everything you need to know about him.
