The food was okay it could have used a little more heat some of it was still a little cold but overall it was good. Would I go back yes you never know might have been the bottom of the pot that's the reason it was cold.

Note that menu says " thick, juicy handmade burger with lettuce, tomato and onion". Nope. What you get is a disgusting, dry, cooked from frozen PLAIN burger. Absolutely no apologies, no bill credit for inedible 'food'. Should have refused to pay. Not home cooking, horribly uncaring managers. Tried several times to give lizard's thicket another chance. Lesson learned. $16.00 for a nasty burger that McDonald's makes FRESH and WAY better for less than half the cost. Very pathetic, Thicket. Not only will poor quality bring you down, but Management's total lack of concern or response of any kind will definitely not help. No doubt you've lost many customers and will continue to lose more.

I ordered a bowl of chicken and dumplings and a meal with chicken and dumplings. When I got home and opened the bag I had two half cups of dumplings. This is ridiculous! They charged me $5.99 for the bowl (half a cup) of dumplings and $10.99 for the dinner. I want go back again! When I called to complain she said they were out of the bowls and the manager told them they could not fill the cups to the top only fill it half way.
