I phoned in to ask some questions and find out if this was the type place we were looking for to use with a large home rehab project. Your website says on the home page "GIVE US A CALL" ...the male who answered seemed aggravated with a phone call and questions. Had it been a little closer, then I would have just drove over and looked, but we are not. And I am glad I called because I do not like doing business with people with extremely bad customer service. Totally rude and did not feel they really cared. Did not waste my time going in. I felt I would defenitely encounter customer service issus, and it would be a problem if we had any issues with the product. Sometimes, a value is not worth the rudeness and does play a huge factor when choosing who to work with...

If you don’t want your credit card information shared or your business with them discussed as gossip, don’t do business with these people. ( I am consulting an attorney about the sharing of my credit card information) I bought several mahogany doors, with frames & transoms, from them, which was several thousand dollars. Before they built the transoms, I called and requested a change in the sizes. I was assured that was not a problem, as they had not been built yet. When delivered, the transoms were incorrectly built. When asked them to correct them, they never called me back. I had to find a creative way to use the incorrect ones in my project. In addition I had to buy mahogany material and build my own for the doors. I will never buy anything else from this unprofessional & mouthy business.
