I just called and left a message about getting service. Not even 10 mins, I received a call back from a VERY nice lady that asked me about my issue with my lawnmower, when I explained it to her, she immediately shared with me how to resolve the issue without charging me ANYTHING! Most companies now days will ask you to just allow them to look at it. That shows the integrity this company displays!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this company for assistance!!! I cannot say enough good about Sandhills Power Equipment. I took my tiller there and I got a call the next day that it was ready. He had to put a new carburetor on it due to the fact it had sat up for 10 plus years. He also fixed the tires, pull cord and did a tune up. Other places had basically told me IF they could fix it that I would be waiting 6-8 weeks for it. The tiller had been kept inside a open barn but only used twice in it life. Also the man that fixed it was extremely nice and his wife was so so helpful over the phone. They let me send pictures of it before bringing it to them to verify they could get parts and fix it. They were very affordable and if I could I would give them both 10 stars! It’s such a breath of fresh air to find someone that really takes care of their clients!
