My experience at Badcock was extremely extraordinary Amazing from Mrs.Pamela’s patience on the floor to how she handled the whole manifest order. I was looking for at least two days before I made my decision. The delivery guys experience professional and their expertise was truly amazing. The guys were Polite efficient gentleman who work smart and gentle with my purchase. It was worth every penny. Lastly what you see on the showroom floor is what they deliver. The quality of the furniture Super. I order a dining room set and a washer and dryer. Way to Go Badcock you Rock right here on Decker !!!!! God Bless

So almost a month ago I went in and bought furniture from the decker store and everything seemed good. We scheduled our delivery for the day after closing on the new house. They absolutely trashed my stairwell. I’m a very understanding person because I too run a business so I wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. Well fast forward a month later there has been hardly any communication. The store manager Stephon talks a good game but zero action!! I’ve been to the store twice and it seems like they don’t care one bit. This morning I went back to get an update on when these holes will be fixed, Stephon literally told me it’ll be at least another week and a half because the owner is away playing golf!!! At this point we’re taking legal measures because they only want to play games.
