If I could rate this facility I would give them a 0 IF you love your parents or family do not send them here this place is full of Covid lies and cover up they do not care about the safety or health of the patients within this facility to the point they don’t even know who is positive and who is not THIS CAME FROM THE DON MOUTH HERSELF ALL of the in house staff is bitter from the nurses to the DON if it wasn’t for agency they would be shut down Patients are being double briefed because staff is to sorry to change patients at a timely manner April runs around harassing staff knowing good in well she ain’t did no type of in service training she forced me to sign multiple papers because she was so concerned about having state coming into the building seeing that they don’t do what they’re actually suppose to do I’ve seen multiple Nurses inside the facility drunk The DON actually goes out on break with the scheduler Lorraine to go get drinks This whole Facility is a circus I highly recommend calling state if you notice anything out of place

I would like to say that Nicki the front receptionist is a joy to talk to so, perfessional and so kind. A lovely sweet lady. I Always love to see her when I come in to see my brother.
