Kim and Sheila was an awesome dynamic duo who made my experience in renting a storage unit in short notice AMAZING! They answered all of questions over the phone, excellent customer service, and when I went in person to sign the rental paperwork I was in & out with my new rental space in 15mins. As long as you are there at the property when the delivery is being made, so that way you can put your code in to access building and open your unit, you can have your furniture delivered to your unit.
If It's after 9 PM or before hours 6 AM you won't be able to enter. If that's not your situation go to the office during business hours.
