What a relief to find this local business today! I was dealing with a broken bolt in the rear wheel of my parents' Honda lawnmower. I dropped off the mower at 9 am this morning and within four hours, the business called to let me know the mower was ready for pick up. I was initially expecting to hear back by the end of the week which worked well for me. I paid $20 in cash which I found very reasonable. When I first entered the business, I noticed a donation collection bin and signs on the left for a canned food drive to provide school lunches for children over the summer. A sweet dog named Olive also came out to greet me, so I couldn't ask for a better experience when dealing with repairs. It is refreshing to find such personal service and to not feel like just a transaction.

What a great family owned business. Last yr I took my gas trimmer to Lilburn lawn mower for repair. He wouldn't take it in because he felt like it was probably a lost cause. He was correct. Last week I had them look at my daughter's 1 yr old lawn mower that wouldn't start. Craftsman claimed I needed a new carburetor. Cost, $125 and not covered by the warranty. Lilburn Lawn Mower did a carburetor cleaning for less than $54! It works fine. Thanks for the repair and for saving me money, twice.

Lilburn Lawn Mower has been repairing my mowers for a few years and they have always done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them if you have any problems with your mowers or power equipment.

It really depends on the issue. On push/self propel mowers: if we're able to fix it for $50 or less we will proceed with the repair. If it goes over that amount we will call with an estimate. If the unit is not repaired a $15 diagnostic fee will apply. On riding mowers if it's $100 or less we will proceed with the repair. Over that we will call with an estimate, $45 diagnostic fee if not repaired.
We sure do! If you bring in just the blade the cost is $6. If you bring it on the mower the cost is $10.
We sure do! If you’re within 10miles of our shop the round trip fee is $40 for riders and $20 for push mowers.
Hi, Kim! Our phones are down due to the power outage. I'll be happy to give you a call as soon as they are up and running again. You have a 30 day warranty on all repairs that we do. I'm not seeing any oil on the spot where your mower was when it was in the shop. However, that doesn't mean that things can't come up. Either way, you are covered if it is related to the repair. Can we chat once the power is restored?😊
Hi, Rosemarie! We only work on gas powered equipment. You might be able to get it repaired with an authorized Black and Decker (or whoever the brand mower you have) dealer. If you are able to find a repair shop, one thing to consider would be how much you are authorizing upfront in repairs. Sometimes the cost of the repair can come close to the cost of a new mower on the electric ones. If we can ever help you in the future please let us know. Best of luck to you!
It says it on there website. I can't remember if they come out to fix large equipment or they will help by picking it up and dropping it off.
