My experience with Ruby was Amazing. I saw a 2019 Lexus on cargurus and called the dealership for information and she was the one that answered the phone(lucky me 😊) I am 6hours away so she was my eyes and ears. She sent me a personal video tape of the vehicle. She was literally my inspector. She gained my trust because I could tell she was very knowledgeable. Long story short my vehicle was delivered today and it’s exactly as she described. Looks brand new and smells brand new even though it’s a 2019. Thanks so much for your patience Ruby and also allowing me to pluck ur last nerve lol. All I heard from her was a smile through the phone on every conversation. Michelle was awesome also- she handled all the financial things. Thanks a million -y’all ROCK!!!!
