The salesperson at the Salisbury store was wonderful- personable and knowledgeable. Stephen at that store was helpful as well. Delivery was delayed by two days, contradicting assurances. However, we are pleased with the refrigerator. Lucky to have one!!

Purchased a " new" scratch and dent" Maytag washer. After getting help to carry the washer up a flight of steps this "new" washer was programmed in Spanish and the inside sticker was faded. My "new" 5.2 cu ft washer could only do small loads without banging loudly. Repeatly leveled the washer to no avail. Was told I could only return if there was something wrong. Was really worried I was going to be stuck with this defective washer. After complaining twice I was able to return. Down the flight of stairs and back to the store. . I've purchased a fridge, dish washer and large screen television in the past with absolutely no problem until now. A Hathaway

Experience started with salesman I talked to prior to going in to the store. When I got there he actually had his written notes from our phone conversation! Delivery was earlier than expected and they were courteous and careful bringing in our dishwasher. Customer service all around! What a radical idea in this day and age!! THANK YOU QUEEN CUTY!!
