Yes, we send it to get professionally cleaned so it will usually take 2 weeks. I hope this helps!
Mondays - Fridays starting at 11 AM to 1 PM usually depending on the workload. If you set up an appointment via phone we can definitely set you up at around those times! Inquiries are possible any time of the day, so if it is simple you can definitely ask somebody at the register!
