How do I know when I need an oil change?

Ramsey Subaru | Jul 25, 2022
Ramsey Subaru | Jul 25, 2022

Our service technicians recommend that you change the oil & filter every 3,000-5,000 miles for conventional oil. Synthetic oil normally should be changed every 7,500 - 10,000 miles. Keep in mind it's best to check your owner's manual and consult your dealer to find out the intervals that work best for your car to keep all of your engine's many parts thoroughly lubricated. Our service center also provides several amenities to help you stay productive while we service your vehicle.

What is the difference between used and certified pre-owned?

Ramsey Subaru | Jun 25, 2022

If you want more options (and wish to save some money), buying a used or certified pre-owned car is a great way to get a great vehicle. Our cars are available in a wide variety of years, makes, and models. Our certified pre-owned Chevrolets however, are lightly-used recent models that have undergone a 152-point inspection and come with a CARFAX Vehicle History Report.

Is there a day of the month that s best for purchasing a new car?

Ramsey Subaru | Apr 26, 2022
Ramsey Subaru | Apr 26, 2022

While an ideal time to buy varies on factors like the model of interest, your budget, and availability, we might recommend stopping by during a weekday since weekends tend to be a busy time for car shoppers. We also encourage you to check in to see when new models arrive at our dealership and stay up to date about deals and incentives that might work to create an ideal buying time for you.

Selling that ram is your best option, dealer will give you 40 or 50% of the market value since they have to recondition and prepare the car for sale, but if you have a timing issue then trade it and you are getting 2 cars from there they probably give a good deal in the trading

We're sorry to hear about your current issues. You will have to make an appointment with the used manager to appraise the value of your car. We'll figure out the difference between the value of the car & how much is still owed and go from there.
