Stood in there for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us! Lots of employees in the back, finally a girl came out with a bag in her hand leaking stuff all over and we had to ask her to take our order! Every table was dirty and garbage’s were heaping full!! Finally got our food and it was cold and obviously not fresh!! Not impressed at all!!

Whoever made this absolutely phenomenal this is how an iced caramel mocha should look like it was fabulous the drizzle plus the two types of drizzle and around the cup it was absolutely delightful so whoever you are that made this for me I did pick up order at the self pickup. You absolutely deserve a raise. To all the other employees at any McDonald's anywhere this is how you guys should deliver your ice caramel mochas. Kudos

If u come here after 10 you will be waiting for hours. I asked did they have a door dash protocol or number & they told me to get in line with the other 50 people waiting. Need more organization for delivery companies. And always remember CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

It depends on the time of day, the previous comment is correct about serving fresh food, but most of their challenge is managing orders and cars once the order is made. Sometimes you can wait for 10 minutes because the order in front of you is taking a long time to complete. They seem to process all orders sequentially compared to other fast food establishments that keep the line moving by parking cars on the side in wait cues for their food.
