The staff at Old Trolley Road Animal Clinic was amazing. They were able to schedule us (new patient too) for a next day appointment for our cat's annual check up. We were also happy with the prices, very reasonable.

Ever since I came in for the consultation the lady’s in the front were rude from the start they don’t even say hello when you walk in, especially “Ms. Judy”. And they don’t make you feel welcome at all. Ms. Judy is especially rude. She makes you feel stupid and it makes you not even want to ask questions. At the time of pickup they needed to give my cat a heart worm pill and dropped my cat, who just had surgery, on the floor and slammed the door to try to hide the fact. The nurse was the only person there w/ any kind of personality and was obviously embarrassed to work there. Would NOT recommend.
