Really great car buying experience. I called to inquire about their inventory, placed a refundable deposit to hold a car, showed up at 9am the next business day and left shortly after lunch. Mason was friendly, well informed and familiar with the car and technology, very prompt and overall made everything very simple and painless. I received a fair trade value for my truck, which isn't a VW dealership's typical thing, and there was no MSRP markup like elsewhere. The dealership is very clean and modern and very conveniently located. I live in northeastern MA and even though Vernon VW is in CT I would return if I need another VW.
