Could use more employees that serviced the floors. But, most places have the same problem.

Buyer Beware. Terrible corporate company just like the rest of the big companies. They do not care about you or the hard earned money you spend. Once they get it that's it. My wife and I bought one of the top end washer dryer combos back in the summer of 2021. I think we spent around 2150. We bought the protection plan on a separate cash transaction for an additional 260 bucks or so. As soon as Lowes delivered the washer and hooked it up, we ran one cycle of laundry and the bottom of the washer sprung a massive leak. We called and they replaced the unit with another one. Fast forward to last week and the washer wont spin. So we called and were asked for a protection plan number to start the process. We never registered the plan because when the brought the second unit there was no paperwork. We tried to explain this after talking to probably 10 different people managers etc. to no avail. One of the assistant managers we spoke with on Sunday around 2pm named Aaron was probably the rudest most condescending person I have ever spoken with in my life. This gentlemen is definitely in the wrong profession and does not need to be employed in any form of customer service, had my children not been with me I would have told him what I really thought of him. Anyway we still received no help and did not get this resolved. So basically they are telling us because Lowes didn't give us paperwork for the unit that was swapped and we didn't register it, they cannot or will not honor the protection plan that we purchased. They cannot locate our receipt, search serial numbers or do anything to help us. So we are out the money for the repair plan and whatever I have to pay to get this fixed on my own. I will never buy anything from Lowes or any other major big box retailer again. I will shop with the mom and pop stores as they are the only ones who care about their customers in this day and age. I would rather spend extra money because they are often more expensive than to have the headaches and lack of service we have received on this transaction. Buy local folks

Please beware of how crooked lowes has become! Me and my husband purchased a 3,000$ washer and dryer from this location and we purchased an extended warranty that lowes provided and sold us on. It came in real handy when the washer flooded my whole laundry room a week after we purchased it. Lowes came out and replaced it. Fast forward a year later. Our washer once again is not working. We called the protection program (extended warranty) and it directed us to whirlpools warranty department. Which is fine, but then whirlpool directs you back to who the warranty was purchased with!! So it’s a circle. We tried calling and of course hour long hold times for anyone at lowes. So we visit the store and they informed us that since we didn’t have a 9 digit code from the receipt, from last year! They would not honor the warranty and could do nothing for us. I even explained we already used this warranty once. I brought bank statements, documents of the warranty given to us, and it was like I was speaking to a robot who could only say, I can’t help you unless you have the 9 digit code from your receipt. A side note for the store manager Bob, your assistant manager Aaron, should not be in this line of work. It’s obvious Aaron can’t handle these types of discussion and preceded to tell me in front of my kids, husband, and anyone else close that he deserves respect, and if I had a nicer attitude he would help me. I was not out of line, aggravated, obviously. I waited for help for almost an hour last Sunday, on top of all the time I already wasted getting this straightened out, AND not having a working washer with a family of four. What a joke!!!! I called my bank and issued a fraudulent claim against lowes and explained they won’t honor their warranty because I don’t have a receipt. I can only pray the bank can get better answers than me. Either honor the warranty or give me my money back! And shame on lowes, and the employees who think it’s ok to steal money from a working class American. If you read this, I challenge you to put yourself in my shoes. You work pay check to pay check. You finally buy a brand new appliance and even buy the extended warranty bc you know with your luck and budget something will go wrong and you won’t be able to afford it, and THEN NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT! It wasn’t cheap either it was almost 300$!

Yes we do but you would come out cheaper if you use a fence company cause we will contract it out
No, it's just a option.
Ask customer service.
Yes 29.99 for 2 20lbs
I would try Sterieles in Greenwood
No, lowes does not have contractors for assemblingspiral stairs at this time. They sell a product online that's comparable to the ones sold by homedepot. They some in peices in a box on a pallet that weight 5000 lbs and cannot get wet. Will need assembling upon arrival...took us about 6 hours. Have standard and metric Allen wrench sets and a metal tube saw on hand. May not be a bad idea to also buy additional lag bolts to anchor it to the wall and block or posts for additional support under the house as most of the weight it centralize on the interior column and a standard floor isn't engineered to hold that much weight like that.

I keep calling and selecting different depts until I reach the dept I need.
Yes the term is Threshold. This holds the base of the door in place.
I know right. Their customer service is really bad. Bad communication and whatever the customer has to say, well the customer is never right. All they told me is "I'm sorry". Pathetic.
Not that I know of. I've never even seen a self-checkout at Lowe's. I know that they should always have at least one cashier or somebody up at the return desk.
Don't know what to tell you. I'd go to Lowe's and ask them for suggestions. They're good to help you with projects.
Yes, if you have your receipt.
Available on their website but not in store in greenwood
They are $59.99 and up
Yes
Yeah friend we got several kinds here all depends on how many dollars you want to spend my friend have a good evening
Saturday October 21st 9am - 1pm
Yep have those many types you would have to come see them many to choose from and they're on sale now
It depends on the chain saw. Type Lowes in your search engine. Pick the official Lowes site then pick the store closest to you. Now go to outdoor equipment, lawn & garden or just type chain saws in their search engine.
