Customer service here is horrible! Misty is not good with customer. Should think about hiring new people. I would not recommend buying a car from here. They will having you run all over the place. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I bought a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder with around 90,000 miles from Hoyle Auto Sales about three years ago. My salesman was Storm, who I see from other reviews is no longer employed there. Thankfully I didn't have quite as bad an experience with him as some others seem to have had. The buying experience was generally okay, with some reservations. What had been described as a "flawless" car did indeed have its share of scratches, dents, fading and somewhat heavy interior wear. Nothing that was a deal breaker (I mean it was a used car, what can you expect?) but it wasn't perfect either. They had done a rather bad wax job over top of some road debris, and obviously just a spit and polish cleaning had been done. He wouldn't provide a Carfax or an equivalent report, so I researched the vehicle myself. It did have a clean history so I made a two-hour drive to them. I only drove the vehicle through the parking lot because a dealer plate was not put on it. The car was advertised with a brand new factory transmission online. As it turns out it had been rebuilt by a local salvage yard. He did disclose that information to me before purchase and showed me the paperwork (with only a year's warranty.) I was disappointed but the price of the car was fair (this was pre-covid) so I bought it anyway. As far as the car itself, again my experience seems to be better than others. I've only had to replace the coil packs, and other than that it's been very reliable. The transmission has held up so far, so a shout out to the rebuilder. I've seen that Hoyle is under different management than when I was there, and I hope they're now providing an experience worthy of five stars.
