Let me start out by saying Les is one of the BEST finance person I have ever known. When I went to Brooklyn Mitsubishi Les- finance and Mercy- sales department made my husband and I felt so comfortable. Les was very patient, knowledgeable about the car he sold me, he took the time to listen to my questions and concern and I felt so comfortable. He was very patient with me with the paper work. Mercy is wonderful. She gave me all the time in the world to think and decide. She had a lot of patience, she was very kind. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. One thing I can say I would DEFINITELY recommend people to them both. Thank you very much LES AND MERCY.

This is my 3 rd Mitsubishi vehicle 2015,2019 now 2022and all three visit was exceptionally great on my last visit Nelson did a great job getting all my paper work together before handing it over to Les the finance guy in which it made it easy for him to start my process in purchasing my new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander because of Les and George knowledge and dedication to their job and position they both up hold. BUYER be WARNED, purchasing my car was probably the worst experience I have ever had at this place. They promised a lot and came through with a little or something came up. I turned in a leased Wrangler in mint condition and under milage. Four months later they decided to tell the bank they didn't want to purchase the car and when the back came to pick up the car from them it was missing a key and missing the antenna. Within these four months I was back and forth with the bank and Brooklyn Mitsubishi because they also said that they would make the last payment that they never did make so my credit went down by 80 points. It took for months to finally get my final payment because I made the payment to the bank and then finally getting it from BM. The back and forth that came about was always them saying that they were taking care of it and they would return my calls to let me know what was going on. Meanwhile the last call I had with the bank was then telling me that they had never dealt with something like this before, every call the bank made to BM was without a call back until finally after 4 months later when BM said they didn't want the car. I like my new car but I would never recommend nor buy another vehicle from Brooklyn Mitsubishi. P.S. When I picked up the new car it took about 3 hours for them to finally give me the car and when I got it it has scratches all over it and a ding by the back. I had to bring it back to them to get detailed which took about 2 and a half hours.
