From start to finish, my experience with Frank's GMC and with Khaled, my sales associate, was outstanding. I went to visit the dealership on a Tuesday and it was my first truck I was test driving so I didn't want to finalize anything at that time. On Wednesday I visited 6 other car dealerships where the prices were way above my price range and the sales associates were rude and did not take me seriously. By the time I went to see Khaled again on Thursday morning, I was more than ready to buy my truck from him. Thank you for the great experience and beautiful truck! I love it.

I made an appointment with this dealership to have service done. When I arrived they didn’t even have me on the schedule. They also denied and said it’s not worth taking look at my car just because it’s an old model GMC. I waited two and half weeks for them to let me know the situation when i could of simply went elsewhere. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional customer service overall. Two👎🏼👎🏼thumbs down!! SMDH.
