I have been getting my haircut with Nelson for quite a while now. My husband even jumped on the Nelson bandwagon. Called up today to arrange an appointment and was told Nelson no longer works there. We are very disappointed. Nelson is a kind-hearted and attentive artist. He was the only stylist to get my hair exactly right each time.

The barber was trying to be funny in the beginning and said to tell him how do we want my husband’s hair to be cut. He said I can’t assume! And then when I nicely asked if he thinks one side is a bit longer, he handed me the trimmer to do it myself saying “you do it since you did cut his hair before”. He doesn’t know how to speak to a client. Worst experience.

𝑴𝒚 blow dry was terrible. I can’t believe they even have hairstylist with terrible experience. He had no idea how to blown dry my hair. He took forever and left me with damp hair. I was honest enough to tell him that I was very dissatisfied. I didn’t want him to even finish next with the flat iron. A 10 year old would of done a better job! 👎
