Horrible customer service , items backordered untill eternity, website is misleading , they are selling items that they don’t even have in stock. I am stuck with a purchase halfway through or else would have cancelled it . Customer service will play pass the phone on you .

Pottery Barn is awful. They do not honor their free shipping on orders greater than $99.

Been waiting since December for a recliner that we were told was locally made in Hickory. Later when we kept getting delays, we learned it was clearing customs so it was not locally made. Their delivery service they partner with is terrible as well. They lost one of our orders and now lost this recliner that Pottery Barn is swearing arrived to the delivery center on 7/14. I love their products and the sales person we worked with was wonderful at this location. We also were told we would not be charged for items until a delivery date was set but we have been charged for this recliner and they won’t refund it until we have it in hand and return it.
