PD refuses to stop the speeders on my street. Some are doing double the limit or higher. I call this terrorism, the PD calls it insignificant. Ever notice any efforts by the city to promote public safety?......me either. In my mind their complete disregard for safety is itself a threat to the public at large. Involving the State at this time but expect them to tell me the poor PD performance is a personal problem. Someone will care if/when one of these children are killed by a driver doing 55mph.

We don't usually do reports that way. Normally you can come to the lobby of the police station to file a report or call 911 and an officer will come to your residence and take the report.
