I purchased a used 30HP Tractor from West End Sales. The Salesman (John) represented the tractor as being in “Excellent” condition. After spending less than an hour with the tractor, I learned quickly it was a LEMON, it was missing 3 Protector Plates on the rear, it had a BAD BEARING on the mowing deck & it was obvious that the Rear End of the tractor has been disassembled and put back together & painted. I could not return the tractor & could not reach anyone for the company to express my concerns. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH WEST END SALES! Gary Miller did not have the Courtesy, Courage or Decency to talk with me! I filed Complaints with the NCDA, several Western NC Chamber of Commerces, the NC State Attorney General and will continue to WARN OTHERS about this business. BE AWARE!

Nice people. Good selection. I shopped many trailers before I decided on this place. Had the best built trailer for just a little more than the cheaper built trailers with spring assisted tail gate. However, the Taiwanese built 7 to 4 pin converter was junk. One pin keeps sliding back and will not make contact. And I promise my truck receptacle is not a Virgin. Been pulling trailers and campers all over the country. Not the fault of West End.
