I went in with a list of things I needed done. I was planning on spending a grand at least. After a few seconds of speaking to the lady, she said one dollar to 2000 dollars. I looked around it was busy. I went to Ford Bros instead. They ACTUALLY did a estimate. It was over a grand. I guess they are going to do the work. This place didn't take me serious I guess? By far the worst experience I've ever had with any mechanic shop. I took my truck there for a simple oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I'll start off with the fact that they rotated my tires wrong, anyone with common sense knows that tires are supposed to be rotated back to front, front to back and you cross the front tires. Instead they just switched the two front tires and the two back tires straight across. They then called me and named off about 10 different issues with my truck that they claimed were immediate safety issues and would cost in the upper thousands to fix. I took this truck to another mechanic for evaluation and he pulled my truck on a lift to show me that nothing was wrong with it. So basically they informed me that several things were wrong that didn't need to be fixed in order to rob me out of thousands of dollars. Do not take your car here.
