Used the Elfa line to organize our his and her master closets. Becca in Charlotte was a great design consultant! DYI installation was easy. Have returned for additional components. Will be using Elfa for other storage areas of our home. Will add photos later.

I am surprised this business has not gone under, the price vs quality are terrible. The customer care- miss the care and doesn’t know what a customer is - they are doing you a favor- by working there - they don’t get paid to offer solutions not to make your experience memorable- is to much for this store- never again! The 800 numbers is call to get insulted and talked down to AVOID paying extra thinking you will get the added value of quality an service _Wrong!!

The store is conveniently located at SouthPark mall but that’s the only good thing about this store. Don’t go inside expecting anyone to help you. The staff will watch you like a hawk as you peruse the aisles but they will not offer any assistance. If you ask for assistance it seems like you bothering them. I would not recommend this store. Go to Target or IKEA where the staff is friendly and helpful to EVERYONE and the same storage containers aren’t marked up because your at “SouthPark” 🙄
