If you buy a tool of any kind in a box and open it cannot be returned. I bought a flat iron. Couldn’t return it because the box had been opened. Just stick to Amazon for those kinds of purchases. Stick to lashes and lipgloss here. Not a good return policy.

WARNING: I receive a store credit of $46.71 that was issued on a business card. When I came to use the card it was alluded that I falsely wrote the store credit. Store owner became very disrespectful and shooed me out the store. Not once did I curse or raise my voice until he became disrespectful. He took a pic of the store credit and told me to call the next morning. When I called I was advise it’s not there card. Which is a total lie. I have never stole or need to from any store. As many times I have bought products from this store there is no need for me to make up a store credit. I am very disappointed in the customer service and they will no longer get my business.BE VERY VERY CAREFUL if you make a return and they give you store credit. They are stealing your money.
