The drinks are too much for the employees to be as rude as they are, and I'm always missing atleast one thing I've paid for, whether it's whipped cream,, or they will give me a half empty cup if I ask for an iced beverage with no ice. Yesterday, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, when it was actually just sitting on the counter. The girl with the awful silver wig hadn't put it in the order window yet, as I watched two people who came in after me leave before me. I come here everyday, and this young lady is the only one who makes sure I have a hard time for some reason.

For some reason the barista couldn't understand anything we were ordering today. I had to repeat the order 4 times before it was read back correctly and once at the window one drink still was incorrect.

Terrible. I have had to contact Starbucks customer service to get refunds when I moblie order and show up and the workers won’t open the doors and give me my order I have already paid for. When you go in the store the workers won’t acknowledge you for a while. And today my husband waited 45 mins for a cup of coffee and left without it because it still wasn’t ready after 45 mins. I will go to ridgeway Starbucks even though it’s out of my way because they are pleasant and way faster.

I came to the drive thru at 5:57am they are not open, menu lights off smh....as I pulled around the front two, people are inside. Several cars pulling around and leaving. They didn't even say anything on the speaker.
