Every time I try to call up here it takes a very long time, I don’t have the time to wait for an hour to set up an appointment. Never was a problem before

I Called tried making an appt. For my other 1/2. With no luck. Even spoke to a very un helpful person. I then put 2 request in portal with no return call. He went to facilities today. They won't see him since it's been more than 3 years. They now consider him a new patient. And they not accepting new patients. He is a man they dont go to doc like a woman. He is bleeding out of his belly button. A lot of pain. He is really in need of a doc. (He did go to walk in clinic) but needs a follow up! It was hard to get him to go in the first place. I also had a bad experience at same location. Different doc. And reason. We Will not go back. They could care less if he or I died. Or you if your reading this.

Make an appointment and didn't even get a reminder for it. Also arriving to an appointment and having to wait an hour after your appt to see the actual doctor is horrible. Especially when you already have plans.
