Words of advice for people who already stay at this place or are planning to stay there. I did stay here before. 1. Take pictures of the room before and after you check out of the room as your evidence for the condition of the room. 2. Make sure you get a receipt for each payment you make. Do not throw your receipts away. 3. If they start trying to get noisy about were your work or your income, simple tell them its private and personal. just be concerned with me paying for the room. 4. The neighborhood is quiet, but I have to be honest. It seem they had not professional cleaned carpet in years. Don't walk around without socks.

It was an alright place to stay. I was there for 2 weeks while apartment searching. The room was not very clean but that was to be expected (I slept on top of the bed and bought my own cleaning supplies to sanitize)... I was told the area was not that safe but I stayed inside at night so I had no problems. There was a watchman at night. There were coin operated washers and dryers. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good place to stay temporarily, NOT long term or permanently.

Upon checking in the lady at the front was.very nasty to us. Its quiet here plus they have a great security. Yet we have been smelling something for days something horrible. They did no room checks but comes to find it was some poor older guy dead body that we were breathing in for two days

It was ok. They have nice rooms and sometimes a cool staff, but it was too many problems with the security. One guard was always rude. He was not nice to the tents there. The housekeeping staff was rude and always had an attitude. The Hispanic housekeeper would be on her phone from the time she come in at 6am no later than 7 and would precede to talk extremely loud on her phone like people are not sleep or just waking. If you have to pick a location go to the one on Winchester cause this one is a waste of money and they are running schemes
