Whenever I call it seems like a problem. Trying to get documents done for work and the receptionist really had the nerve to say, "You was just here on the 29th!" Okay and so? I have to get documents done for work and it shouldn't matter when was the last time I've been there. You're job is to book appointments and just completely ignored my request and ended the call with, "They'll call you back when they get to it!" Yeah so this is how your office is and conducts business. Whoever this person is, they're very unprofessional and if my appointment tomorrow is a hassle for them. I will be finding another office to visit. This was unacceptable! I then called back to speak with someone to set up my appointment. I spoke with Ms. Nicola and she got my appointment set. I appreciate her willingness to help but whoever I spoke to first, they need some better training because that is not how you handle patients requests. If you don't care about your job, why are you there? Completely ruined my morning by being dismissive and rude.
