I cannot say enough about the service Konstantin Kennedy provided my dad and I when he was looking for a SUV. He has had problems getting in and out of his current Mercedes sedan due to his knee surgery last year. Konstantin was honest and sincere when it came to introducing the different vehicles he had available. We have received quotes from other dealers who were very aggressive and dishonest about the prices and stock available. He also recommended us to get a better price from the selling our existing car online as opposed to trading it in with Mercedes. We were able to select the GLE 350 with AMG package in the color and package that my dad wanted. Konstantin was on top of the whole process from test drive to delivery and did not try to upsell additional services. My C43 AMG got flat tire and it took OVER 5 HOURS to have it towed - not sure what kind of towing company they are working with but this is definitely ridiculous and unacceptable. I had to call the towing company more than 10 times literally every 30 minute and all same answer "on the way and eta 20 mins" and never shown up until 12:57am (I called the road assistance service center 7:57pm and they said appx 120 mins) During the 5 hour waiting I've got a call from MB road assistance center and I was complaining why this is taking too long and the guy was just silent and hanged up the phone first, which seemed very unprofessional. Finally the towing driver showed up in 5 hours so I asked him same question and he just said their dispatcher probably didn't do right and over 5 hours sounds definitely something wrong. Very disappointingly crazy experience with MB towing service. I did pay extra charge for the 24 hour road assistance service and this is what I get from spending over $1,000 extra.

It was truly a great experience when we bought our new Mercedes from Konstantin at Rallye Motors. He was very transparent and knowledgeable. We had gone to other Mercedes dealers and others over promised and under delivered. Konstantin was not pushy and helped us make an easy decision on which model to buy. We were able to pick up our new car in a few days. The best part of it was, they did not try to sell us additional maintenance or packages that we didn’t want.
