Went by at 8am before my first client appointment at 9am (because it says it opens that early on google), get there and the sign at the door says they don’t open until 8:30…okay cool I’ll wait in my car. I wait until 8:32 to check the door again, door is still locked but there is someone in there cleaning. Stood at the door for 5 minutes, and no one has still came to unlock the door or inform me that they open at a later time. Someone could have posted a note on the door if there is short staffing and they need to open later (which I understand). But there needs to be more organization and better customer service if that’s the case.
