Great consultation by a young lady who helped my child make their first purchase of make up.

COURTNEY at Sephora has the worst customer service. I simply asked her to repeat what she said about my points. I had well over 500 pts and could redeem them for $10 off or a gift box of items. She was very condescending and was extremely rude. The other ladies in the store was pleasant but I will not be returning. I also seen other reviews about COURTNEY being rude to them as well. Sephora, please make an effort to discuss this with her as her customer service skills needs immediate coaching. This does not look good for your business.
Cherrelle!!!! !!!!!!
Went into Sephora at Crabtree…. And the service from Alicia amazing… I hope I didn’t spell her name wrong. I typically don’t do reviews…. Buuuuut I had too… you guys should probably teach the girls at the Cameron village location what GREAT SERVICE LOOKS LIKE. -there’s also an older man which is amazing! I feel like he’s been there for a while. Everytime I come into this location the service is superb! Alicia thank you! YOUR LITERALLY AMAZING, please continue to be great and your skin is AMAZING!

Last weekend I got my eye makeup done at this Sephora. The person doing my makeup seemed to be in a rush the entire time. I showed them a simple look that I thought could be used as a guide with my makeup. I understood that it wouldn’t look exactly like the picture but they were unable to do it even relatively close and my makeup looked so messy. I told them I wanted the lashes to look pretty natural and I asked if they would be able to trim them before applying. I didn’t realize at the time but they glued them on and began trimming while they were on my actual lashes. At the end the fake lashes were applied terribly and they had used eyeliner to try and cover up where they had messed up. I talked to the manager of the store and she took a look and gave me a full refund. I didn’t realize until I had got home and removed my fake lashes that the makeup artist had cut my actual eyelashes very short and it is still very noticeable that they are trimmed in a straight line. Not to mention the whole process being completely unhygienic. The person’s hands and long nails truly smelled of fecal matter. This is seriously a cause of concern and could cause potential infection as they were not washing their hands between clients and using their nails to fix the lashes around my eyes. As someone who has shopped at Sephora for years, I expected better service. It is so disappointing that you guys have hired unqualified makeup artists who have little to no makeup skill and do not follow simple rules of hygiene.
