I just want to apologize to the store manager for bothering them and waisting their time. I have always bragged on this store and the employees that represent it's brand but unfortunately as we well know it only takes one bad experience to ruin ones perception. After explaining over and over that I am living in my vehicle and in a particularly hard spot and may have some of my issues still covered under warranty, being the only customer at the time still was told that I need to provide them the appropriate AutoZone part numbers and was shown no interest in helping me figure out who originally purchased the items be it family or a garage.

I just can't deal with this place agian. I have spent so much time running because I got bad parts, wrong parts, not what I asked for... yea I should have checked and usually do bur sometimes I have had a long day and I shouldn't have to babysit the people I pay for parts. Never had an issue with regular emoyees but the managers they hire never seem to want to right their wrongs. As a long time christiansburg resident who lives close by and has spent who knows how many thousands of dollars here, I won't be back.
