I went in for an eyebrow wax. When it was done Lanette said I want to show you this eyebrow tint. She never said it would cost an extra $13. For basically mascara. What a rip off. I will not be going back.

The coupons never work. They have not had the birthday gift a single time in 4 years since I signed up. The in-store specials are never properly marked (as in buy $25 of Ulta products for a gift)... You get to the register and find out that everything you picked up does not qualify even though it had one of the signs on it

Wow. The staff here is rude. Security at the door doesn't even raise their eyes when you walk in. (I said hi and was ignored.) Also, I am the type of person who will look for items before asking for assistance. When I tried asking the girl walking past me, I was completely ignored and other customers noticed how the girl blatantly ignored me. There was more staff than customers at the time. Nothing I was looking for was in stock and there were a lot of empty shelves but I found the racks of stock that needed shelving by the front. Simply because of the lack of customer service I will go somewhere else. There is no reason to be rude to customers
