I just relocated from out of state. Was staying in a hotel since my housing plans fell through when I got here. I kept seeing posts for Huntersville Commons and I realized they where semi close to my main work location. I came by for a visit to tour the community and surprisingly I found the property was very clean and well maintained. So I applied and met Ms Patricia or Wonder Woman. That’s what I have nick named her because she went above and beyond to help me get out of the horror of a hotel experience. This lady had me laughing so hard, made me feel very welcome and like I was at home already, even before being approved. I have never in my life been more grateful to have met her and have such a blessing at that moment in time. I’ve now been in my home 2 months and literally in awe still to this day of how clean, safe and quiet this property is. I am forever grateful for Patrica and her work ethic to get me in to my home quickly. The property management team needs to definitely recognize Patricia across the board. She is the best!!!!!

The move-in experience was excellent. Ms. Patricia is efficient, cordial and thorough. Her professionalism made the application process and move-in extremely pleasurable. Her attention to details prevented any possible problems. With a professional like Patricia in management, living in Huntersville Commons will no doubt be an enjoyable experience.
