I would not take my dog there. Very unprofessional mostly the staff from the receptionist on down very unpleasant interaction. Somebody needs to do something about that place.

I believe u can. This health center does not turn away walkins.
Just call them. If youre registered there you can do a walkin anyday during the week. If not just go get registered and they will guide you. The staff is pretty helpful. Just be patient
You would need consent from your parent/parents unless you are an emancipated adult or they sign a form giving u premission to come in on your own. This is for individuals 15-17 years of age i believe.
No. They do not do walk in physicals. However, you can be seen to start the blood work needed for physical. Then you must schedule an appt with a provider to do your complete physical.
Yes, there is a great department on the second floor.
No problem. If you don't have insurance or don't qualify for any, The health center also has a sliding scale. Either way you will be taken care of! God bless!
