The dim sum selection and quality is excellent! There is always a wait, but trust me, they run things so efficiently, you are sat in no time. Soooo good!

I've always had great walks w/o incidents
You are absolutely not aloud to ride your bikes at Watchung. I would suggest Lewis Morris Park in Morristown.
Yes! Hiking is a super fun activity to do. There are several trails you can take.
It is free. I think it suitable for a 3 year old.
Yes up by the playground there's that cleared area that would work
Yes u r....jus plz make sure u clean up after ur done cuz they will make u pay a fine,🤔🤔🤔🤔
Im not sure about the bikes but some of the trails are paved
It was also against park regulations & potentially dangerous
Check out this site: https://www.njhiking.com/nj-hikes-watchung-reser
No. But there are barbecue pits provided for fires by the tables.
If you can fish, you need fishing license for non-solted water fishing
You can only ride on the paved roadways. Bikes are prohibited on the bridle trails and hiking trails.
Yes but not the whole place. I think if you go inside the abandoned village you'll have a better time of it. Otherwise there are places to run but that's off the street, and cars go by fast on the bends
This is from the website: Remaining in vehicles at certain hours restricted. No person shall, except where specifically permitted by the Traffic Ordinance of the County of Union, between one (1) hour after sunset and 11:00 p.m., remain in any unlighted vehicle or otherwise at any place, or between 11:00 p.m. and sunrise or, except in emergency, cause or permit any vehicle, during any part of the period between one (1) hour after sunset and one-half (1/2) hour before sunrise, to remain standing for a longer period than thirty (30) minutes except when its occupants are attending a gathering or function held pursuant to a permit. Source: http://ucnj.org/parks-recreation/parks-regulations/ Basically, the hours are Sunrise to Sunset.
The trails are busy and have lots of kids. My son is constantly terrified by loose dogs charging at us, which is really frustrating considering the leash laws. Please keep dogs leashed.
At the playground, there two water misters and water fountains to drink.
More like pool floaties. Not that much water to be worth bringing either.
I would say more than normal traffic but unaware about any particular festivities that would increase the busy level. It's an amazing park I would go immerse myself for sure.

They have places to barbecue and picnic benches located throughout the park. Easiest to find at the Loop and at the Scouts' campground.
No camping there sorry.
There is a nature center in the reservation. They have maps of the hiking trails. You csn google directions to the nature center.
